With the Premier League matches going on behind closed doors, we’re all stuck rooting for our favourite teams from home and playing fantasy football.
But, lucky for you, we’ve got one more thing for you to fantasise about: footballers’ prized rides that are now up for grabs on Auto Trader. SUVs seem to be the go-to option for many footballers on this list, but there’s some shiny supercars in our round-up of what’s on market:

Lucas Moura’s Mercedes-Benz G Class, £189,950

Having said goodbye to his teammates at Spurs, Tottenham winder Lucas Moura is now saying goodbye to his Mercedes-Benz G Class, which he’s listed on Auto Trader for £189,950.
The five-door SUV, only registered in 2021, has done 16,900 miles and has had two previous owners. As the car is ULEZ-compliant. you can drive it in and around London without paying the daily charge. Moura’s G-Class comes with loads of optional extras, because that’s the Hotspur Way of driving a car in style. But if that massive price tag is making you wince already, and you still want to drive like a top football player, you can consider getting a Mercedes-Benz G Class on finance on Auto Trader.

Jack Butland’s Land Rover Range Rover Sport, £87,995

Jack Butland, England’s number one goal keeper in the last World Cup, has listed his Range Rover Sport which is fully personalized with Project Kahn designed interiors, which are made to look like a football’s hexagon stitched pattern.
The 5.0L petrol SUV has done 28,000 miles so far and is ULEZ compliant. You could buy a brand new Range Rover Sport, or for about the same price, you could buy this SUV which comes with full privacy glass windows, a refrigerator compartment, a 360-degree surround camera system and a really cool background story to tell your friends.

Vincent Kompany’s Ford Mustang, £59,999

Reminiscent of the Transformers Bumblebee, Vincent Kompany’s limited edition Ford Mustang Shelby GT-California is one of just 215 made. The former Manchester City footballer is the only previous owner of the 4.6l manual car, which has just 3,000 miles on the clock. It’s been fitted with a Ford Racing Power Upgrade Package, and superbly finished in Grabber Orange.

Past footballers' cars on Auto Trader

We've had loads of footballers, singers and celebrities advertise and sell their cars on Auto Trader in the past. Few other footballers' cars that we've had on Auto Trader in the past include:

Mystery Premier League footballer’s Bentley Bentayga, £124,995 and Mercedes-Benz G Class, £109,995

Wanting to protect his name, the dealership here hasn’t divulged the footballer who’s selling two of his cars in one go, both with a 2017 registration, suggesting he bought them at the same time. Both cars are available to buy from the car dealer, Kaim Park Garage, who can be reached through our live chat and text feature.
First up is his Bentley Bentayga, a 4.0L diesel SUV with just 20,000 miles on the clock. It’s just landed and currently being prepared for sale, so you could be one of the first to check it out. The car’s been decked out with all the extras by the footballer, with mood lighting, a piano black veneer, contrast stitching and drilled alloy sports foot pedals with matching footrest.

Mystery Premier League footballer’s Bentley Bentayga, £124,995 and Mercedes-Benz G Class, £109,995

The same Premier League player clearly has a thing for SUVs, having owned a Mercedes-Benz G-Class since 2017 alongside the Bentayga. Again, this car has had no expense spared, with an Obsidian Black wrap and Black Designo Exclusive Leather interior, full privacy glass windows, and Heated and Cooled seats with Memory Function. This petrol SUV has a 5.5L engine and has clocked 23,000 miles.

Mark Hateley’s Ferrari 512, £174,900

This beautiful 1993 two-door Ferrari 512 TR coupe’s first owner was former English footballer and manager, Mark Hateley.
The Ferrari has a 4.9l manual engine and runs on petrol. The car features some sweet upgrades such as Rosso Corsa paintwork to match Ferrari’s classic colour scheme, Crema leather interiors, Scuderia Ferrari shields, Rosso carpets and Cavallino embossed seats. It’s now available to buy from Gve London Ltd.
Emre Can’s Mercedes-Benz S Class, £53,995
Finally a footballer’s car that’s not an SUV – this Mercedes-Benz S Class coupe was previously owned by German-born midfielder, Emre Can, who seems to have a thing for the Mercedes brand.
Originally wrapped in camel green, the car has now been finished in Obsidian Black Metallic with red painted brake callipers. The miles on this 5.5L petrol automatic are slightly above average for an S Class 66 reg, with 30,000 miles on the clock, suggesting Emre didn’t just keep this looking pretty on his driveway.
