Lamborghini’s ‘SV’ stamp has always laid down a gauntlet promising more power… but of course it does because ‘Super Veloce’ translates to ‘Super Fast’, and the Revuelto SV is!
It packs the same plug-in hybrid powertrain as the standard Revuelto – a 6.5-litre V12 with two axial flux motors on the front and a radial flux motor helping the rear axle – but acceleration has been improved with 0-62 mph taking just 2.4 seconds, 0-124 mph in only 6.7 seconds, and it will keep pulling to well over 215 mph. Take a moment with those figures… and now consider that power output is up from 1,015 horsepower to 1,065 horsepower!
Design remains similar, but the front splitter sticks out a bit further, there are more air channels on the body to improve aerodynamics at the front, and an enormous two-foil spoiler on the back. And the addition of a ‘pop and bang’ map just means the car will sound as good as it looks.
