If you were at the 2025 Commercial Vehicle Show in Birmingham you’d have caught a sneak peak of the Kia PV5 Crew – alongside the PV5 Cargo and PV5 Passenger – on Kia’s massive stand… although that was an early pre-production model. Well, the crew version of 2025’s International Van of the Year has now been confirmed and we have details to share.
In a nutshell, the Kia PV5 Crew features a lever system that switches the vehicle’s internal seating layout between two- and five-seat crew configurations. This has the knock-on effect of changing the cargo volume from 2.4 cubic metres when the second row of seats is deployed or 3.7 cubic metres if it’s stowed. A crew variant is not unexpected news, it’s a completely logical next addition to the PV5 range and we’re looking forward to seeing the conversion in the flesh. Anyway, here are some more details to quench your PV5 Crew thirst.

What does the Kia PV5 Crew provide drivers?
The Kia PV5 Cargo features a one-touch seat lever system that allows the driver to easily switch the van from a two-seat cargo-only configuration to a five-seat layout. Judging from the concept picture we were sent, the rear seating compartment will feature glazed rear windows. Although this is yet to be confirmed.
