Most Fun Car 2024 Cupra Born

If it seems surprising that the Cupra Born is our Most Fun Car to Drive winner, it shouldn’t be. It’s a rear-wheel drive car with plenty of power and electric responsiveness, and a chassis tuned by the sporty brand of the Volkswagen Group. And it’s putting a smile on the faces of owners, with one telling us they love the “drive feeling of the car,” while also serving up “plenty of space inside and [enough battery] for the daily commute and the odd longer trip.”
We ran a Cupra Born for six months and one of the things we did with it was take it to a track day. We were pleasantly surprised at how well it coped, given that it’s basically a comfy and refined electric family hatchback.
