Included for free, the Mercedes PRO connect¹ app lets you monitor the eSprinter from anywhere in the world. It notifies you if the van is involved in an accident, automatically calls for roadside assistance, and alerts you if the van is unlocked so you can remotely lock it from your phone.
The system is intelligently connected, meaning you can pinpoint your vehicle(s) on a digital map from a phone, laptop or desktop computer. You can also see each van’s battery charge levels through the app – another useful way to minimise downtime – and conserve battery life by programming the air conditioning and heating from wherever you are.
