As the resurgence of car-derived vans continues, Citroen has announced its new e-C3 Van has hit the UK market offering 300kg payloads, up to 200 miles of range and sub-£20k starting prices. Its addition to Citroen’s lineup means the brand is now offering three electric commercial vehicles for under £30K.
What Is The Citroen e-C3 Van’s Load Space Like?
The Citroen e-C3 Van’s load space features a full-height mesh, solid bulkhead and a mid-height load cover, with only the front seats still in place. The levelled-off load space can carry a 300kg payload with a total load volume of 730 litres under the mid-height load cover or 1,220 litres without it. The load space dimensions are relatively generous for such a small vehicle with a load length of 1.2 metres and a one-metre load width.

What Is The Citroen e-C3’s Comfort Level Like?
The Citroen e-C3 Van offers the same comforts as the passenger version through the brand’s ‘Advanced Comfort’ seats and suspension. It also provides the same features as the PLUS version of the passenger e-C3, including a 10.25-inch touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration, the Citroen Head-Up Display, LED headlights, cruise control and rear parking sensors. The van is also rocking attractive 17-inch steel wheels with wheel trims.

What Range And Charging Times Does The Citroen e-C3 Van Offer?
The Citroen e-C3 Van is equipped with the same 44kWh battery as the passenger e-C3 providing up to 200 miles of range on the WLTP Combined Cycle. Charging times are quick, with a 100kW DC charger getting you from 20-80% in approximately 26 minutes.

What Price Will The Citroen e-C3 Van Be Offered For?
The Citroen e-C3 Van is available from £22,437 OTR MRRP, with that price dropping to just £19,937 after the Plug-in Van Grant is applied. The addition of this vehicle to the lineup means Citroen now offers three electric commercial vehicles with starting prices under £30,000: the new e-C3 Van, My Ami Cargo Kit solution, and the e-Berlingo Van.
