For the fourth year in a row, Lexus has taken the vote for most reliable brand. We’d say "unbelievable"” but it really isn’t. Lexus has built a reputation across decades by making consistently reliable cars, alongside impeccable customer service. A proper ownership experience.
"I have driven Lexus cars for 20 years and cannot fault their build quality," said one owner. That’s the sort of customer loyalty and retention that most companies can only dream of.
