The Promoter

The promoter is: Autotrader Limited of No.3 Circle Square, 3 Hawkshaw Street, Manchester, M1 7BL

1. The prize draw

   1. The title of the prize draw is the Autotrader Price Indicator Feedback prize draw.

   2. Entrants can opt in to be entered into the prize draw when they complete the price indicator feedback survey via the link provided in the GetFeedback panel on the Autotrader website, and choose to leave their name and email address once completed. To complete the survey, the entrant must click on the link on the panel with the option to go to the survey, fill in the requested details and submit their responses. To be entered into the prize draw, they must also leave their name and email address when prompted to do so. After the Closing Date, a winner will be selected at random from all the eligible entries made. The winning entry will win a Prezzee voucher with a value of £50.

2. How to enter

   1. This Promotion will run between 00:00 on 16th March 2026 (the "Opening Date ") until 23:59 on 29th March 2026 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive.

   2. All prize draw entries must be received by the Promoter in accordance with paragraph 2.3 below by no later than 23:59 on the Closing Date. All prize draw entries received after the Closing Date shall not be entered into a draw.

   3. Entrants can opt in to be entered into the prize draw when they complete the price indicator feedback survey via the link provided in the GetFeedback panel on the Autotrader website, and choose to leave their name and email address once completed. To complete the survey, the entrant must click on the link on the panel with the option to go to the survey, fill in the requested details and submit their responses. To be entered into the prize draw, they must also leave their name and email address when prompted to do so.

   4. No purchase, or active Autotrader advert, is required to be eligible for entry.

   5. The Promoter will not accept responsibility for prize draw entries that are lost, mislaid, delayed, or otherwise not received by the Promoter due to equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

   6. By opting in to this prize draw and submitting your survey response, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. Entry into the prize draw is not automatic if you complete the survey. If you complete the survey but then wish to be entered into the prize draw, you can notify the Promoter at ux.research@autotrader.co.uk before the Closing Date.

   7. The winning prize draw entry will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received by the Promoter before the Closing Date.

3. Eligibility

   1. The prize draw is open to all residents in the UK, who are aged 17 years or over at the time of entering the prize draw, except:

      1. employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;

      2. employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the prize draw or its administration; or

      3. members of the immediate families or households of 3.1.1 and 3.1.2 above.

   2. By completing the survey and entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the prize draw.

   3. The Promoter will not accept prize draw entries that:

      1. are political in nature;

      2. feature content which is likely to be inconsistent with the brand values of the Promoter or which is otherwise considered offensive or derogatory by the Promoter;

      3. are automatically generated by computer;

      4. are completed by third parties or in bulk;

      5. are illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with; and/or

      6. are incomplete.

   4. There is a limit of one entry per person (and duplicate entries will be removed before the draw). Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.

   5. The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize draw and/or these terms.

4. The prize

   1. The prize is a £50 Prezzee voucher.

   2. The prize is provided and fulfilled by Autotrader.

   3. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the prize are the responsibility of the winner.

   4. Prizes are subject to availability and cannot be redeemed for monetary value. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.

   5. The prize is not negotiable or transferable, and cannot be used towards the cost of any Autotrader products or services (e.g. advertising costs or reservation fees).

   6. The Promoter has no control over the products/services which the prize can be redeemed for and therefore, without prejudice to the generality of paragraph 7 below, the Promoter shall, to the furthest extent permissible by law, have no liability to the winner for any loss or damage suffered by the winner in connection with such products/services.

5. Winner

   1. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

   2. The winner of the prize draw will be contacted via the email address used on the survey to enter the prize draw within 5 days of the Closing Date.

   3. The Promoter will contact the winner via the email address provided upon entry as soon as practicable. The Promoter will not amend any contact information once the prize draw entry form has been submitted.

   4. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of the winner to anyone who emails ux.research@autotrader.co.uk or writes to the Promoter at the above address (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the Closing Date. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter at ux.research@autotrader.co.uk. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

   5. To claim the prize, the winner must respond to the Promoter’s email, within 14 working days of the Promoter’s email, confirming acceptance of prize.

6. Claiming the prize

   1. Following the winner’s email in accordance with paragraph 5.3 above, please allow 5 working days for delivery of the prize.

   2. The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.

   3. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available, or has not claimed their prize, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to another randomly selected winner (selected from the entries that were received before the Closing Date).

   4. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.

7. Limitation of liability

   1. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of entering this prize draw or taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

8. Data protection and publicity

   1. The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the privacy policy located at https://www.autotrader.co.uk/privacy-policy.

9. General

   1. Entrants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry.

   2. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, exclude you from participating in the prize draw.

   3. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations.

   4. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.

   5. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
