UK, 17+ only. Ballot application period: 05/01/26 – 18/01/26.

Visit https://www.autotrader.co.uk/cars/valuation/drive-thru and fill in the online form and you’ll be entered into a ticket ballot to be one of 200 lucky winners to secure a ticket, to get on the guestlist for the Autotrader Drive-Thru at Depot Mayfield on 29 January 2026.

Each successful applicant to the ballot will receive 1 x unique access link, which will enable access to claim 1 x ticket on Design My Night for the Autotrader Drive-Thru at Depot Mayfield on 29 January 2026.

When claimed on Design My Night, this access link will allow you to select a ticket to the Autotrader Drive-Thru at Depot Mayfield on 29 January 2026. Time slots for attendance will be available in 30-minute intervals.

You can bring as many guests as can safely fit in your car, but we will only gift 2 x SpudBros jacket potatoes maximum per car limit.

Please only enter the ticket ballot if you are available, and can attend, the Autotrader Drive-Thru at Depot Mayfield on 29 January 2026 in a car (sorry, we cannot accept attendance in any other vehicle type).

Max 1 entry per person into the ticket ballot.

Tickets are non-transferrable and must not be sold.

Full Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the Autotrader Drive-Thru at Depot Mayfield ticket ballot (‘**Terms & Conditions’**). Please read them carefully before entering the ticket ballot.

Promoter: Auto Trader Limited, 1 Tony Wilson Place, Manchester, M15 4FN

Promotion, Allocation of Tickets and Entry:

  1. The ticket ballot is for the chance to receive a ticket to attend the Autotrader Drive-Thru at Depot Mayfield run by the Promoter in association with SpudBros (the ‘Promotion’).

  2. This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 17 or over at the time of entering the Ticket Ballot, excluding employees of the Promoter, its agents and anyone professionally associated with this Promotion.

  3. No purchase necessary; however, internet access and a valid email address is required.

  4. You canenter the ticket ballot between 00.01 GMT on the 5th January 2026 and 23.59 GMT on the 18th January 2026 inclusive (the ‘Ballot Period’).

  5. To enter visit https://www.autotrader.co.uk/cars/valuation/drive-thru and fill in the online form and you’ll be entered into a ticket ballot. In that ticket ballot 200 applicants will be selected at random to receive a ticket (’Ticket ’) to get on the guestlist for the Event (the ‘**Ticket Ballot’**). A maximum of 1 entry is permitted per person and a maximum of 1 Ticket can be allocated per successful applicant during the Ballot Period.

  6. Each successful applicant will receive : 1 x unique access link for to access 1 x Ticket on Design My Night for the Autotrader Drive-Thru at Depot Mayfield on 29 January 2026 (the ‘Event’ ). Each winner who successfully claims a Ticket will become a ‘Ticket Holder’.

  7. There will be 200 successful applicants of the Ticket Ballot, of which, each will be able to claim 1 Ticket for the Event. Time slots in 30 minute intervals will be available to select on a first come first served basis.

  8. Each Ticket Holder is permitted to bring as many guests as can safely and legally fit in their car (‘Guests’). A maximum of 2 x SpudBros jacket potatoes will be gifted to each Ticket Holder per car, subject to availability.

  9. Ticket Holders must be able to attend the Event in a car, which they (or a Guest driver) are legally permitted to drive and which has all legally required driving permissions and consents (including valid insurance, MOT, road tax). For security and practical reasons Ticket Holders and their Guests will not be permitted entry to the Event in any other vehicle type.

  10. Any images depicting the Event on any media including the website, social media, press advertisements or posters or are indicative only and the actual Event may vary from the depictions. The Promotion does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of any brand partner or of any products or services being offered as part of the Event.

    Ticket Allocation and Acceptance:

  11. 200 successful applicants of the Ticket Ballot will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Ballot Period. The selection of successful applicants will be conducted at random, using an anonymised random selection tool on 19th January 2026.

  12. The provisional successful applicants will be contacted via the email address provided on the entry form within 5 working days of the winners being selected.

  13. Successful applicants will be required to utilise their unique link on Design My Night within 3 days of being contacted about their successful application for a Ticket.

  14. To claim a Ticket to the Event, successful applicants must use the unique link sent to them via their email address and reserve a time slot based on the time slots available at the time of them accessing their link. Time slots will be available on a first come, first served basis.

  15. The Ticket must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the Ticket as stated. The Ticket entitles the Ticket Holder and their Guests to attend the Event in a car in the time slot allocated. Ticket Holders and their Guests will be liable for all other costs and expenses relating to attending the Event. Ticket Holders may be refused admission to the Event if they do not arrive within the allocated time slot on their Ticket.

  16. If a successful applicant does not claim the Ticket within the designated time period, or is disqualified, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Ticket allocation and select another applicant at random to receive a Ticket. Reserve applicants may have a shorter time period to claim their Ticket. Once the period for claiming the ticket has expired or the ticket application is withdrawn, an applicant will have lost their opportunity to claim the Ticket.

    The Event and Responsibility for Guests:

  17. Whilst attending the Event the Ticket Holder and their Guests:

    1. must not: act in a dangerous manner (whether to themselves or others), cause damage to any person or property, cause a disturbance or a nuisance, be drunk, intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, underage, be abusive, threatening, aggressive, make or incite racial abuse, chant, use offensive language, make obscene gestures, throw items, behave anti-socially, carry laser pens, bring animals (except guide dogs), carry offensive weapons or illegal substances, carry candles, climb any structure, make excessive noise, offer any item for sale, damage the venue or smoke or vape; and

    2. must comply with all instructions of the staff of the Promoter, the brand partners and any service providers at the Event.

  18. Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions may result in the Promoter withdrawing their Ticket and/or removing the Ticket Holder and their Guests from the Event. The Ticket Holder will be responsible for ensuring that their Guests are aware of these Terms & Conditions and that they comply with them.

    Publicity:

  19. The Promoter may request that the Ticket Holders and their Guests participate in publicity arising from the Promotion. A Ticket Holder’s and their Guests’ attendance at the Event may be filmed or photographed, and attendance at the Event grants Autotrader, its agents and service providers and/or SpudBros the permission to film and publish content featuring the Ticket Holder and their Guests. Ticket Holders are under no obligation to participate and may decline this request. If a Ticket Holder would like to decline this request, please let the Promoter know on entry to the Event so the Promoter can identify the Ticket Holder and Guests to avoid filming and photography.

  20. Participation in publicity is at each Ticket Holder’s and their Guests’ discretion and is not a condition of accepting the Ticket.

    Entry Requirements and Moderation:

  21. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any provisional winners for any breach of these Terms & Conditions, or otherwise where the Promoter has good reason.

  22. The Promoter reserves the right to reject entries or disqualify winners which, in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter:

    1. are in breach of these Terms & Conditions;

    2. contain any content in their entry or otherwise on their public profile or social media pages that is offensive, harmful, objectionable or which is otherwise unsuitable for publication including with respect to race, religion, origin or gender, or which could reflect negatively upon the name, reputation or goodwill of the Promoter or any brand partner;

    3. contains or refers to any unauthorised third-party brand or reference any third-party names, logos and/or trademarks;

    4. contains any content which has been created by an AI tool or which has been influenced by AI; or

    5. promotes any political agenda.

  23. When the winner is communicating with the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to withdraw the Ticket if the winner fails to comply with the reasonable directions of the Promoter. The Ticket is not transferable or exchangeable, unless express consent has been given by the Promoter, must not be sold and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation.

  24. If the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions and/or to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected entries.

  25. No responsibility can be taken for entries or Tickets which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the entry form or microsite.

  26. It is the responsibility of the applicant to provide their correct, up-to-date details when entering the Promotion and/or claiming the Ticket. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects ticket allocation or acceptance.

  27. The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entry (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Ticket allocated may be withdrawn, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right at any point to:

    1. verify the eligibility of applicants and/or provisional successful applicants through multiple means by requesting such information it consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. Ticket allocation or entry to the Event may be withheld until verification is completed;

    2. disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion;

    3. disqualify entries made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator;

    4. disqualify bulk entries from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means;

    5. disqualify entries beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means;

    6. disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process;

    7. disqualify entries which, in some other way, do not meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions; or

    8. cancel, modify or suspend the Ticket Ballot should it not be capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion.

    Cancellation and Liability:

  28. If the Event is cancelled or is not capable of running as planned for any reason including any reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter will use its reasonable endeavours to reschedule the Event for another time or date and in these circumstances the Promoter will contact Ticket Holders with further details. In some cases, this may not be reasonably practicable and the Event will not go ahead but the Promoter will contact Ticket Holders about an alternative prize. The Promoter will not be liable to the Ticket Holders for any losses, including but not limited to loss of opportunity in not attending the Event or for any costs or expenses associated with the Event being cancelled or postponed.

  29. The Promoter together with its brand partners, associated agencies and service providers will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the Ticket, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

  30. The Promoter will not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations or any delay in performing its obligations within these Terms & Conditions if an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs caused by (but not limited to) global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God, or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.

    Personal Data:

  31. Any and all personal data supplied for the running of this Promotion will be used solely for the purpose of this Promotion by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion on behalf of the Promoter and will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose unless your positive consent has been obtained. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, available at: https://www.autotrader.co.uk/privacy-notice.

    General:

  32. If any provisions of these Terms & Conditions are judged to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, this will not affect or impact the continuation in full force and effect the remainder of the provisions.

  33. By entering this Promotion, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

  34. If a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and the details in any promotional material arises, the details in these Terms & Conditions will prevail.

  35. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
