More about Rachael Hogg

Rachael Hogg has been a journalist since 2011. She started out writing about music, television and lifestyle, before moving into motoring in 2013. Her first car-related job was as Staff Writer on business title Automotive World, before diving even further into the trade industry as Assistant Editor of Automotive Logistics magazine.

Rachael joined Auto Trader in August 2016 as Web Producer, spent some time as Digital Content Editor, and is now Digital Editor. In her current role, she writes news, reviews, features and advice, as well as presenting videos on all of the above on Auto Trader’s YouTube channel, all in an effort to help people find their perfect next car.

She’s very keen that the car industry becomes more gender-neutral, and that it can be understood by everyone. When she’s not driving and writing about the latest cars, she likes mixing a mean Negroni, discovering new wines, travelling, playing piano and saxophone (plus all other things music) and cooking.
