Following the release of Skysphere and Grandsphere, Audi’s announced its third new concept car - the Urbansphere.
Urbansphere is an all-electric concept car designed with the Chinese market in mind and, it’s claimed, is the most spacious Audi car yet. The all-electric Urbansphere comes with a lot of cool tech and futuristic elements, though it’s perhaps a bit too futuristic to be road legal today.

Star of the show: front grille

The front grille on the Urbansphere concept car is a huge single frame. What’s more, it doubles up as a screen to project designs or communicate with other road users. Sounds cool, right? Skip to 0:50 in Rory’s video to learn more about how the screen works and what else it can do.

Size

Audi Urbansphere is huge, although it may not look like it because it’s quite sleek. Some have also compared this electric car to a van because of how high it is. Skip to the full sizing and dimensions: 2:10.

Design

The interior’s made up of sustainable material and comes with all kinds of tech to keep the passengers entertained - starting with the virtual red carpet to give you a VIP entrance to your car, to the built-in privacy screens for when you need your quiet time. Watch Rory explore the Audi Urbansphere interiors: 2:41.

Power

The powertrain is designed to have two motors and an ability to charge from five to 80 per cent in just 35 minutes. Learn more about the range: 4:40.
