Government grants to make buying a new electric car more affordable are back, with savings of up to £3,750. Here's your one-stop-shop for finding out how it works, which cars qualify and which of those we'd recommend buying!

Need-to-know details
The scheme can provide great savings, but it's not without it's complexities. Here's some key information:
- The qualifying electric vehicle has to cost less than £37,000.
- You can get between £1,500 and £3,750 off the price of the vehicle.
- The scheme is funded to run until 31 March 2029 or until the money runs out.
