Absolute joke. Car has been in twice for a simple fix; the MMI control knob has broken. First time they texted to say the car was ready. Upon arrival to collect the works had not been done, dealership claimed they didn't have authorisation from the lease company, who I called and they confirmed the cost was authorised before I received the text. Booked it to go back in to have the works done with authorisation, received a call the day before to confirm my appointment, waited for fifteen minutes to drop the car off only to be called twenty minutes later to say they hadn't ordered the part and the works cannot be carried out, I complained on the phone and the lady apologised and claimed she had had nothing to do with my car to date - although she had handed the car back to me the previous week telling me all they had done was hoovered and washed it! Absolutely atrocious service, I would NOT recommend and would never buy an Audi because of the service received from this dealership.
