Called to view a CLA on a very busy day, while difficult to establish if the car was in stock over the phone, we drove across from Leeds and although they were clearly busier than normal (it was raining) the young lady who tok us for a test drive was lovely and the salesman Nathan honest and straight - Thanks appreciated
I bought a car here today at Huddersfield, I travelled from London. Great service, very professional. I highly recommend this dealership. Thank you Sam & Tom.
Worst experience of car sales
Having driven from Manchester, I called 3 times to discuss the car and confirm that it would be prepared for a test drive. This included a 20 minute pre-warning. I arrived to a poor reception, not one member of staff was available to help. The receptionist provided some help but could not convince any staff to attend to me. After a 15 minute wait I approached a passing staff member who despite all her efforts to help, left me no better off. She stated the manager had been made aware of my needs yet they never sought to ask how I was. I had to look for the car myself. Turned out the car was locked away in a prepping station, despite having had 2 days notice and forewarning on the day. Worst experience of car sales. It's worth mentioning that as a cash buyer I wouldn't have needed much assistance past driving the car, and I wasn't even offered a coffee on a day when it snowed. Below poor. Would not spend hard earned money here and a very poor representation for Mercedes-Benz.
