    Bought my 62 plate Diesel Skoda Octavia VRS from these guys today and the whole experience was fantastic. Eveyone was really friendly and helpful making sure everything went smoothly and the lads in the workshop had the car gleeming inside and out. Highly recommend going here for your next motor!

    I bought a little car from them which was overpriced but I didn't mind paying extra because the car had belonged to them previously so they had the service history and they talked me into 3 years warranty saying when I asked the car was good and there was nothing I needed to worry about. The first real trip I had was some distance away the journey was really noisy, when I pulled on to my road the exhaust fell off, when I rang them they said there was nothing they could do as the service centre was closed for the weekend I had to take it to quick fit to get the exhaust clamped on so I could drive home safely, when I rang them they booked it straight in but when I picked it up it was still noisy, I told them that and they promised me it was fine, but I wasn't happy with it so I took it elsewhere to have a whole new exhaust on the garage said they had put a second hand one on and wedged it in, it was a really bad fit. eventually they apologised but I would never take it back there

    We would like to apologies for the issues you have had with your car & the negative experience you have had. We apologies that the exhaust bracket snapped whilst you were driving the car, this is something we couldn't predict would happen. When a car has covered 85kmiles there will always be some elements of corrosion. We are a used car dealership & we do not keep our service centre open on weekends. We are sorry we were unable to assist you immediately. With regards to the used part we would like to sincerely apologise. We ordered an exhaust from our supplies ready for your appointment. Unfortunately the part was wrong. Rather than let you down we fitted an exhaust which was removed from a 107, newer & with less miles than yours. We are extremely sorry this was not satisfactory. We are sorry you have had this experience & we would welcome you back for your FREE MOT & servicing which you are entitled to. As a way of apology we would like to offer a complementary platinum valet.

    Took a chance after viewing online and speaking to Sam to place a nonrefundable deposit to hold the car until we could travel 175 miles the next day to view the car. It was well worth it. Fantastic service from Sam who could not have been more helpful. The car was EXACTLY as described. We completed the purchase without delay and drove home in it. Cannot thank them enough for the service we received.
