    Definitely would not use Perry's again, poor customer service. Managers who don't return your calls or want to accept responsibility once the car has left the forecourt. Incredibly disappointing all round.

    excellent services from Perrys when they didn't have an automatic Mokka for me to test drive the mobility specialist made arrangements for me to test one, it was delivered and picked up from my home. Nothing was too much trouble for these people, they explained how the Mokka works, what does what, what goes where . all around good people

  • Poor after sales service.

    The sales assistant was good for our new purchase but for a software upgrade the service was pathetic. I was told it would take 40 minutes so after 1 1/2 hours my wife and I took the car home. I booked it in for first thing the following day and it still took 2 hours with no ongoing information from the service desk. This was the first time pf buying through Perry's (it was the garage closest to home) and future service from their staff will dictate if it will be the last.
