    Was on the look for a new car went to Ford but their prices were just ridiculous. Went to Arnold Clark was greeted by arron he was fantastic showed me round told him my price and he found me a very good car. I spent a few hours deciding weather I wanted it he remained calm with me even when I was unsure no pressure to buy would recommend asking for arron.

    This is the worst car buying experience I have had in 36 years of driving. I purchased a low mileage fiesta for my driving school via click and collect. I was advised by Lauren in Liverpool it was a lovely little car and perfect for my needs. When it arrived in Wolverhampton a few days later I went to collect it. I wasn’t offered a test drive or even given the keys until I had paid for the car and completed paperwork online that was identical to forms I had already completed. I was even asked to complete a google review before I had taken possession of the car! When I was given the key (the second one has still not materialised a week later) the car did not start. A week later, the car is still not fixed - I am £8000 out of pocket and no car! Stuart in Wolverhampton has been trying to get answers from Liverpool but no joy. I tried yesterday to speak to a sales manager and was assured he would call me back but clearly a customer telling him he has sold a dud car does not merit a respon…
