  • Underhand Tactics

    Viewed car seen on dealer website as well as others. Price had increased overnight online but told could have at cheaper advertised price, but only if bought on the day, otherwise higher price. When quote issued, £99 admin fee applied? Wouldn't negotiate one bit (we all like a haggle don't we?), just trying to get more. Staff were polite enough but pricing policy, pressure, fees, loss of trust put me off. Not what I expected from a dealership.

  • Awful after sales

    Bought a car from here and the after sales service was shocking. They promised to correct a fault on the body work, Thanet had the car for the day to complete this but never did it. We were sold the extended warranty and there was a major fault with the drive shaft and some other issues not long after purchasing the car. Could not find a copy of my warranty and Was told it was not covered under the warranty and was emailed the details of the warranty. Things did not ring true with what they were saying so demanded a genuine copy of what I was given only to discover that the issues were covered. Eventually they agreed to cover part of the costs involved to fix. Absolutely appalling service.

    Poor service, rang to confirm time. Travelled 50mins and car was not clear to view. Waited 25 mins, when clearly explained i was on way. They rang me to confirm appointment but coudnt be bothered. Car description is also not correct. Overall poor and 1 sales team Rude..... Would not bother with them.

    Booked a visit to test drive a car, when we arrived no body knew anything about it or even knew where the vehicle was. Completely useless, still not received an apology having emailed the company directly almost 4months ago.

    Traveled 20 miles to view a used vehicle, found the vehicle but nobody on site to speak to for any further information despite it being during their opening hours. No prices on any of their vehicles, so walked up to the main sales area to see if i could get any information on vehicle prices on the car i had come to view and other vehicles i was interested in, stood in the showroom for a while but was completely ignored. i guess they don't want my money so i will take it somewhere else.
