    Could have done better.

    Bought a 2016 Astra from EV Blackpool via AutoTrader without viewing due to Covid. Car had numerous bodywork defects which were not declared in the advert. Was assured that they would be fixed ASAP. It took 6 months, 2 unsatisfactory attempts, many emails and making a formal complaint to eventually get work done to an average standard. Some faults still remain but I'm fed up!

    Returned to this branch again after previous very good customer service and care. Andy carr and chris parr have been fantastic with knowledge advice and support with my queries. They have never been pushy and listen to my individual questions and preferences as a customer, amways friendly and professional Once again a very positive experience and i am extremely happy.
