Disgusting sales service
Went to view a cactus C4 flair over a week ago salesman said that the car was being processed he took my details and said he would ring when ready rang again Friday manager said still not ready took details again and said he would ring ..look on their website tonight see car has been sold no phone call from either salesman customer service disgusting

Good afternoon Zenon, I do really appreciate your feedback. As we have discussed with you, we given you the option to reserve the car so you had exclusivity on this vehicle but you told us that you didn't wish to reserve the car, and you wanted to wait until the car was fully prepared before you was happy to reserve the car which we completely understand. However another customer wasn't prepared to wait and was more than happy to pay a holding deposit to secure the car, and has gone ahead with the sale. Buying a used car
Called the dealer to enquire about a used car. The person who answered was knowledgeable and very helpful. Gave me the information I needed and his phone number should I have any further questions. I went to view the car Which was just as he had described. It was exactly what I was looking for. I bought the car!
Nice people, nice surroundings, nice to deal with
Over a weekend, we initially saw James who was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the second hand cars that were available and was able to answer every question we put to him, along with the benefits or otherwise that applied. We also found him very patient and nothing was too much trouble including the option of a test drive if required. In addition to a very friendly manner, at NO stage were we put under pressure to buy. A joy to deal with and as well as recommending the Blackburn operation to family and friends, we would have no hesitation in returning when the Fiesta is due for change. It should also be noted that we have been delighted with the car and we were also told that any problems, issues, questions or faults not to hesitate to ring or call in. After making our choice, we returned on the Sunday to make the purchase and whilst James wasn't available, Izaaz handled the paperwork side with equal efficiency plus a similarly affable manner.
