parting is such sweet sorrow
Despite all the terrible reviews I booked an appointment to view a C-max at Big Mororing World. The car was well presented, a good spec and most importantly a good price. Yes there was no room to haggle but I knew that before going along. We were seen promptly and the sales person was curteous and didn't put any pressure on us to buy, leaving us alone to discuss how to proceed without interuption. The sale process was conducted with no added pressure. Yes they did ask if we wanted all of the expensive warranty's but it didn't seem to bother them when we said no. Were were offered the worst possible part ex price for our 15 year old Jazz but again I was expecting that and it saved me the hassle and extra expence of trying to sell it myself or returning the net day by train. Overall we were very pleased.The only negative was that the car only had 4 miles worth of fuel in it but thankfully the nearest garage was 0.3 miles away so we were ok. Farewell my Jazz
after sales manager is so unprofessional
unprofessional after sales manager had my car less then 24hrs and broken down once they have your money they don’t care anymore avoid stick to cargiant they care more about the customers and more professional big motoring world after sales manager she is a rude unprofessional chav no customer service skills most there care have problems.

Terrible experience with customer service in sales team ... AVOID !!!!!!! , don't even waste your time and expecting your experience would be better than other people , I should've take the comments on board and would not go there , the '' sales Manger '' is so arrogant and very unpleasant attitude , treating the customers like no ones business and a very wrong person on position facing customers , sales team, so ignorance at least few of them that we had to deal with . there is a lady called Michaela , she saved the situation otherwise it was a horrible visit , driving almost 1:30 hr to deal with some very unprofessional people in sales team , NEVER EVER AGAIN ..... if you respect your own time and have value for your money , please do not visit at all !!!!!!!!!
Worst customer experience ever!
Drove a considerable distance for a pre-booked appointment but given absolutely no time with a salesman. Left to look around the car ourselves whilst the young salesman who was "looking after us" was inside chatting to his colleagues. When asked questions, he had absolutely no knowledge of the car and despite being there for around an hour, we spent less than 5 minutes with him. The presentation on the car was very poor and whilst I appreciate they cannot clean the outside of the car every time it rains, the inside was also quite dirty and likely never properly cleaned. The customer service is particular grating when we were looking at purchasing a car for around £18,000 yet it still seemed as though they couldn't care less for our custom. A further word of warning - DO NOT TRUST THEIR ONLINE PART EXCHANGE tool. When we arrived, their number plate check of our car offered us 80% of what their online tool estimated!

Very bad experience, poor customer service, car was dirty, damaged key, aggressive tone
