    Have always used this garage since buying the car from them, booking a service & MOT was easy. Garage phoned to say it needed one new tyre to pass MOT but all options given did not match the (original) 3 tyres already on the car. I queried this and was then able to order a matching tyre - I would have expected this to have been the obvious choice. Then they phoned again and said another tyre was borderline and advised replacing it - not sure why this wasn't picked up at the same time as the first one. All in all I'm very happy with the work done but communication seemed lacking and it was very expensive so I shall be looking for somewhere else next time.

    Many thanks for your custom and review Joy. Your service was more expensive this time because of the 2 tyres that needed replacing along with the front brake pads. The initial tyre was picked up on the MOT which was done first and the second tyre was reported on the service as although legal it was close to the limit. The MOT tester is a different person to our service technician. I hope this explains but from your feedback we are reviewing our procedures
