    Smooth and easy

    It was great to deal with the team here, they made it safe for us to view the vehicle in these difficult times and the transactions was completed smoothly with no issue at all. The staff have been most polite and friendly and have made this a pleasant experience. Would definitely come here again if I needed another vehicle and highly recommend the place. The one thing I would recommend is to start processing the change of log book on line, we never got ours and had to apply for it ourselves after the initial allotted time had passed and then got it within a few days.

    Disappointing

    Bought car as click & collect from Distinct Motors. All seemed good at first, customer service was good. paid for car and drove from bury to Hereford. As soon as I got underway noticed car pulling left. Contacted distinct following day and they said nothing to do with them, probably tracking. Due to lockdown managed to get car into garage few weeks later. Front brake pad and disc had seized together. Called distinct who suggested I’d taken to long to get to garage to be checked and was probably due to my driving. Paid to get car fixed myself but it’s still pulling left. Keep having to put into my garage to get sorted and foot bills. Problem was apparent on collection and reported following day. Distinct are not interested once they have your money only interested in chasing you for reviews. Also still haven’t had v5 2 months on. They said they sent it off but I rang dvla and they have no record. Clearly hasn’t been sent and now I’m having to sort problem with V62. Avoid this company.

    Hi Simon, we are very disappointed to read your review and feel that your comments are unfair. Yes you did report that the vehicle appears to be pulling to the left the following day and we did advise you that this could be either 4 wheel alignment required or tracking at a total cost of around £50 to be fully paid for by Distinct Motors given that you lived around 3 hours away. If the front bake pads and discs has seized together the vehicle would be very difficult to drive and would require immediate recovery so I don't believe that to be the case unfortunately. Also if you have paid for the vehicle to be fixed yourself then I presume the brakes were replaced if they were "seized" , if so then why is the vehicle still the same? I would question your local garage for both suggesting that the brakes were seized and if so then why is the vehicle still pulling to the left? Again none of this makes sense Simon!     Easy and friendly car sale

    Very easy and friendly car sale! The 3 men here are lovely, they arnt pushy sales men like some car sale places, they explained everything to me in detail and with it being my first car I have bought myself I was nervous.
