I was happy with the service at Johnsons Honda Slough because I have purchased two other cars from the Company which have proved to be extremely reliable and easy to drive. Also the salesmen have been very helpful and without pressure.
Not good. You get put through a call centre. They said I could secure the car with a deposit so I waited for a call back. I really wanted the car as the mileage was so low. By the time they called back I was told someone had seen the car the day before and had put down a deposit. So why was it still on sale then? Its is a big big disappointment. You should be able to speak to the garage direct not have to go between a call centre and the dealer. Lack of communication between the two is very unprofessional and frustrating for the customer and atrocious customer service. They need to scrap the call centre. I wouldn't bother using this garage group if I were you.
