The Aston Martin Vanquish made a comeback last year sporting its signature combination of shark-like looks and a whopping V12 engine. This all-new Vanquish is the British answer to the Ferrari 12 Cilindri and just like its Italian rival, the Vanquish is a swan song for brutes with large engines. Yet, before the curtain finally falls on combustion powered grand tourers, Aston Martin brings us a convertible version of the Vanquish which is arguably even better than its coupe sibling.
In this video Rory Reid takes the Vanquish Volante for a spin along the famous Buttertubs Pass in the Yorkshire Dales to find out whether the Aston is as beautiful to drive as it is to look at.
