    Lovely sales, poor after service

Could not fault the sales rep. The way they handled the enquiries, introduced the car, test drive, finance options, all the way through to completion of purchase. She was great. But afterwards, things were not so good. My finance package was sold with 2 years servicing, but when I attempted to book the first service I was told due to the age of my car it needed a full service, while my service plan only covered a basic service. I would need to pay more than £170 extra. I went to an independent garage and he charged £180 for a full service with extras. I e-mailed to ask about installing an alarm. Two reps e-mailed back, both asking for the registration. I replied to both but neither ever came back to me again. In March 2021 my flywheel needed to be replaced. Although I had only done about 4,000 miles since buying the car, due to Covid I was now 2 mths outside the 12 months warranty and I was left with a £1030 bill. I would avoid the Dacia brand, and hope to sell the car next year.
