    Excellent service, polite knowledgeable service.

    Excellent service, polite knowledgeable service reception staff, I felt safe and protected during this very difficult time. I am always impressed by the All Electric system of tracking the progress of my vehicle and the video of the Vehicle Health Check, The resulting recommendations are always priced so customers are made aware of the extent of any further expenditure. Any recommended issues are flagged up as either amber or red depending on the urgency of any repair work. Follow ups are also made so that any less urgent repair work does not get overlooked or forgotten. I will continue to use All Electric for as long as I own a Hyundai and I have absolutely no hesitation to recommend them to anyone.

    Highly Recommend - Click & Collected

    Would recommend to anyone brilliant service. The sales assistant made the process simple and efficient even in the middle of a Covid. My new car is brilliant and the Click & Collect process was easy and informative. I am very pleased with my new car.

    Top service for purchase of Hyundai i30

    To purchase a car is always a daunting experience. However, right from the beginning, I was made to feel relaxed. The car I bought has been excellent as were the sales team. Right from the start of my purchase until the end they guided me every step of the way. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Hyundai i30 I bought or this company. 😀

    Disappointed and let down

    I bought a Tucson in March took it back after a week because of a loud knocking noise from the engine, I was told it’s only a noisy injector nothing to worry about, then lockdown happened so couldn’t do any thing. As soon as all electric Kidderminster reopen I took the car back, this time I was advised not to drive the car as there is a high pressure build up in the bottom of the engine, they had the car for 4 weeks fixing it. I was given a curtesy car and occurred no cost. I feel let down by the dealership as all they do is buy, sell and fix Hyundai cars, but apparently, even tho it had a used vehicle check and was serviced, no one noticed the knocking noise from the engine. So i feel I was sold a broken car

    our new car

    we went to collect our motability car and can only say how very good that ken has been from the time of ordering to the collection.
