Paying a deposit (sadly) doesn't secure you a car
Saw a lovely car for sale through this main BMW dealer, did live chat was called back paid a £ 1,000 deposit and booked. a test drive for the following morning..... very excited about buying the car... All good so far. 4 hours later received a call that when they took my money the car had already been sold at a different branch....it's now the following day and am still waiting for my deposit to be refunded and the car is still on their website as being for sale.... As the title of the review says, paying a deposit (sadly) doesn't secure you a car at Marshalls BMW Salisbury

Very happy with my purchase
Bought a 2018 second hand BMW Approved 530e from Marshall Salisbury. Was exactly per spec and delivered in mint condition. Very happy with the process and service and would certainly use again
Servicing gone wrong
I’ve spent c.£1500 with this garage on repairs and my car is still having the exact same issues and I have been out of work much longer than I should have been whilst they messed me around and failed to correctly diagnose the falts. Very annoyed with this garage and the service/servicing. I will not be returning to BMW Marshall of Salisbury. I will be going to independents from now on.
