    I was happy with the service at Riverside Volvo Wakefield because the salesman I dealt with, Craig Briggs, was very professional, knowledgable about Volvo cars and thorough in everything he did. Nothing was too much trouble from my initial phone call to the after sale call after I had got my car home.

    Riverside Volvo Wakefield were really helpful and I'd recommend them because they worked hard for my business and gave a competitive price for my trade in - nothing was too much trouble. The only issue is that certain aspects of the Census Media and navigation system need to be better explained to customers and they should take responsibility to ensure map updates are complete before handover and also issues around the car internet. This is more technical prep that a sales person issue.
