Honest and Trustworthy
Buying a car from Northgate Cars was pleasurable. There wasn't a hard-sell, and all the issues concerning the car were completed prior to picking it up. I found this garage honest and trustworthy.

Very pleasant dealers. Not pushy at all and did a good job preparing my car. Would do business again as they were very helpful and offer a good aftercare service even though my car is still under Kia warranty.

Such an easy experience. First time I bought a car completely by myself and I went accompanied by my 12 year old and 5 year old sons. I was free to look around without any pressure and I was given keys so we could sit in and look at the cars that we liked. All the finance was done in the same day and made to be as smooth as possible. I was there a long time and my 5 year old was getting restless. He was offered a seat at an empty desk on a big comfy chair and chose what he wanted to watch on the computer. My boys were given a lolly each and just genuinely made to feel welcome, massive relief for me as I went through the finance application. I arranged to pick up my new car the next day and paid for my tax and got the registration put into my name before I left. The car had been perfectly cleaned and was lovely and shiny clean in and out. As a woman buying alone, I would absolutely recommend this garage. I don't have a single negative thing to say.
