Excellent service at Autobase!
After a long weekend of unsuccessfully trying to find a car, we came upon Autobase. They had a excellent range of the DS3 models I was interested in, and the salesperson that dealt with me was very informative about the car I chose, through from the test drive to finalising the deal. The whole team were lovely, and put my car into the shop to make sure the car was perfect when I collected it. The only thing that has stopped me from awarding 5* is the lack of communication once I purchased the car, in terms of coming to collect it. But apart from that minor detail, the service was excellent and I am in love with my new car. Thank you again for making what was becoming a tedious process very easy, and selling me my new car!
Brilliant company to deal with came away happy.
We had a problem with a car we purchased the end of January from another dealer. When we took it back and asked for them to put it right they didnt want to know. We decided to go right to our local Citroën dealers to find out exactly what the problem was. We had a rather big shock to find out that the car was going to cost us around £2000 to put right. All the staff members at Autobase walsall couldn't have helped us more .The young man we dealt with did all he could to make sure we came away happy. We decided to put the car in for part exchange and got a good deal on a much better car. We would highly recommended this company to friends and family

Every member of staff I came in contact with was very welcoming and helpful, answering all my questions. Never once did I feel pushed to make a decision before I was ready to do so
Terrible customer service
Appalling customer service! Didn't answer any questions I had about the diagnostics process and what they found. Really unprofessional!
