    DON’T EVER BUY from THEM! Worst experience ever!!!

    I bought a Mercedes C Class 2012 in March. 2 weeks later the car has started to leak oil. I reported the problem to them and they said they would find a courtesy car if I needed. I went there and I dealt with the most rude person ever. He was from the sales team and he tried to check the car while he was eating an ice-cream. No mechanic around, nobody bothered to look to my car or advised me anything. I stayed there all day for nothing. In the end I was the one who approached one of the mechanics to ask what was going on with the car, he just sound very rude and said to come other day, but without explaining anything. The guy from the sales laughed in my face that they would never accept the return of the vehicle. The lady from aftersales team tried to make the return absolutely impossible. Luckily, the company which gave me the finance carried out an additional investigation and the car proved to be faulty. After 1month received my money back.

    Nice friendly experience

    Good experience, car now has an engine management light on we are currently trying to sort. However based on my experience I think this will be resolved quickly

    Worst EVER stay clear.

    Bought evogue cash and from being delivered found oil leak on gear and warning major fault. Refused refund and then couldn’t contact them. Eventually they took car to be repaired and that’s was over a month ago and still can’t contact them. It’s my wife’s car and purchased it because she struggled to use manual because she has terminal cancer. These ppl have made my wife’s life a misery.

    Fabulous experience

    Fabulous experience of purchasing a car. OJ was very professional very friendly and helpful. Car was ready as promised and actually earlier than said. Whole experience was made very easy with OJ especially in these strange times we are experiencing where everything is done via on line and click and collect.

    My experience with highlanders was excellent. The customer service with my consultant David was more than I could ask for.. As a company they go above and beyond to help the customer and will keep you wanting more. I would recommend highlanders
