    We simply don't trust a word they say. We entered into a lease hire agreement and were consistently told by this dealership that minor damage, gaps in the service history and exceeding the allowed mileage would be ignored at the end of the contract - only to be stung for a bill of almost £4,000 last week. Even more worryingly, when the dealership collected the car at the end of the 3 year hire agreement, we were assured that the vehicle was, from that point, their responsibility. We cancelled the fully comp insurance policy and the car was taken away by them and stored in a compound for almost 6 weeks before being collected by their leasing company. What we have only just found out is that for those 6 weeks, the car was in fact OUR responsibility. It is horrifying to think that a vehicle worth over £30,000 sat, uninsured, for 6 weeks in an unknown location, with us being entirely responsible for it.
