  • Very disappointing service & lack of transparency

    Disappointed with the level of after-sale support we have received to date. We bought a 2 year old car at a premium rate as we assumed it would give us peace of mind, support if we needed it and reassurance we were buying through a VW dealership with honest and transparent car service history. We asked before, during and even after purchasing the car about it’s full service records and was presented with what would seem like the service history they only wanted us to see.... On further investigations of our own, it was clear that all warranty claims and repairs were not declared as we would of expected. We therefore have a car with a past that we are a little in the the dark with. We asked for investigations into this but was met with unhelpful responses and a lack of understanding why we needed to have all of its records. Car not cleaned inside and previous owners had pets (beware if you have an allergy to this!) offered another valet to apologise but we live 85 mile trip away.

    I bought a Golf Convertible from this garage and I was treated to a first class service under the watchful eye of Paul Baker.I am very pleased with the care and the after sales service.5Stars ++++++++

  • Beware of this dealership

    Beware! I put a deposit on a car and then discovered there was only a short time before the cam belt needed changing. They had verbally said before, that if it needed doing it would be done for me. Then said it could not. Then said cost was over £800 but they would do a ‘special deal’ for me for £549. Turns out that same deal is available to anyone and it’s listed on their we meet. Misleading sales tactics and lied about the roles of people in the business. Made an official complaint and got the sales manager and not the dealer principal calling to make excuses. No apologies. And their about us states that they want honest relationships with their customers with integrity. I experienced neither. Sale lost. Went elsewhere.

    Today I pick up my new vw golf from drift bridge dealer in Epsom and AJ look after me very well and answer all my questions to make my driving more relax on my first day .looking forward to have more services from them and will really recommmend them to friend & family👍
