    Great service in difficult times

    All dealings were over the phone or email due to COVID and our distance from the dealership but Marshall’s couldn’t have been more helpful. Would definitely consider for future purchases

    Great staff a credit to car sales

    I found a used car on autotrader at this dealer it was about 150 miles away from me I sent them an email on bank holiday Sunday and they replied within a few hours to my query, I then contacted Paul on the bank holiday Monday and he answered all my questions and we got a great deal put together for my part exchange and the new car, he was so professional and helpful every step of the way threw the purchase of the car, all the paper work was done prior to my arrival to collect the car so was an easy and pleasant handover when I had traveled 4 hours to collect the car, on arrival I was greeted and then taken to my new car to check that I was 100% happy with it, and what can I say it was even better than the pictures. They even chucked in a full tank of fuel for my 4 hour journey back home, I can not fault Paul or the garage at all such a pleasant sale and they have even made contact with me after I have got home to make sure I an still happy, a great dealer and staff

    Used Price Higher than NEW price !

    Discussed a sale of a used F PACE (2021). Vendor brought the cost down at a small amount, however upon asking about the cost new of the car , found out that the advertised price of the used car was higher than buying the vehicle brand new off the track.

    Used Covid pandemic to sell me a defective vehicle

    This dealership took advantage of the Covid pandemic to misrepresent the condition of a vehicle, and sold me a car that they knew had defects. Vehicle was advertised as having "tyres in excellent condition" The MOT certificate said two had damage, upon collection three were found to have damage. The battery and/or electrical system was faulty and everytime I turned the car on a warning message was displayed. When I spoke to the salesman he tried to blame the valeters for draining the battery by using the stereo whilst cleaning the car. When I reviewed the video he had made, I noticed that he got the same warning message when he was in the car, prior to it being prepared for collection. Whilst they did agree to change the tyres, and eventually the battery, I was left with no confidence that the vehicle had passed any pre-sale inspection and returned the car under their 14 day guarantee. When I got my part exchange vehicle back it had damage to the rear bumper.

    Fantastic Service!!!

    Fantastic service from Will and Jaguar Ipswich team. They found my perfect car within my budget. Will and the managers was very understanding and listened to what I wanted. They was all very knowledgeable on the cars and went the extra mile. They have a great selection of new and used cars for everyone tastes. I would highly recommend speaking to Will and the team for a new car.
