    Had a fantastic experience dealing with this dealership. Very professional service and have supplied me with an absolutely stunning new car! I could not fault any aspect of the service received and indeed I can honestly say that Stoke exceeded my expectations in every way.

  • No car no star

    Found a C class coupe, in Wolverhampton, then it disappeared from Autotrader. Checked with Wolverhampton car not sold re-advertised at Stoke on trent. Checked with them got an e-mail back from guy saying the car was not available but to call a number to arrange an appointment, phoned number in later told the car was on site, made appointment to view. Sales guy response, was, well I sent you a text , pointed out I had followed text instructions. Was left waiting , no reception area , then told the car had been sold. Can't agree more with the negative reviews regarding staff attitude about this dealership. Bought my C-Class from Cheshire Oaks, same place as my wife bought her GLA Class. Same price proper Mercedes service, given by Inchape, staff always attentive and respond to any issues promptly, same as Audi Cheshire Oaks where my car has been serviced by Audi. Mercedes Lookers Stoke on Trent go to Lookers Vauxhall Ellesmere Port learn how to get the basics right.

    Dealt with Sam in service, he was very professional, courteous and kind. Dealt with my vehicle promptly. Always called me back when he said he would too.

  • Dissapointing - arrogant customer service

    After leaving the Stoke BMW dealership (we were made very welcome and had the managers undivided attention), we decided to drop in to Mercedes for an alternative quote. Myself and fellow director were ignored for 20 minutes. We then approached 2 members of staff who asked us to wait whilst they found someone to talk to us. After another 10 minute wait - I approached the same woman who didn't seem bothered that we had not been seen. Same woman came back with a business card and asked us to call the contact. After voicing my opinion regarding customer service and etiquette - our details were taken with the promise of a phone call. 2 weeks later - no call. Visits were made to alternative Merc dealers as we had hearts set on an E63 & 2 x E300's and A220d. However, BMW got it right 1st time, gave us great offers so placing orders for 1 x 530e. 1 x 530d M Sports. Pre-ordering for next march 1 x M5 and 1 x 120d. We wanted Mercs however - you lost £220k to BMW for arrogance

  • Waste of time

    Do not bother with this dealership if you like to get ignored then call them 3 days of calling and online enquiry and no one bothered to get back to me 4 days later somebody finally call me took all the details told me about the car and price and will come back to me with a quotation and guess what No one did Two days later again ringing them up promised the manager will call me back however 6 in the evening somebody left me a voicemail telling me the car was priced wrong will amend the price and the car is sold now
