Found the right car at the right price. Quick, friendly and easy to deal with. Salesman was really friendly and helpful. Collecting the car Saturday. Couldn’t be happier

STAY WELL AWAY!!! Bought a car from them and an engine management light came on 2 days after I started driving it. Called them and they said they’ll sort it out so had to take the car back to them and lose out on income because I’m self employed. Week after i got the car back it came on again so same thing happened. This happened 4 times and finally after that they didn’t agree to take the car back but agreed to buy it back off me. I bought it for £6200 and they only gave me £4650 for it so I lost out on £1550, even though i only used it for 3 months. I needed the car for my business so i lost out on alot of money there as well. Very poor customer service as well. Caused me huge amounts of stress and affected my financial status too. So many more things I wanted to write but only allowed certain amount of characters. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had! Car only had 45k miles when bought. I’ve written a complaint to the motor ombudsman and they are investigating

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Having found the particulars relative to this sale, your comments have left us a little bemused. You used the vehicle supplied as a driving instructor car; the unfortunate issue which developed was relative to prolonged, non intensive driving in a diesel car. RDM completed service works within 48 hours (supplying you with a courtesy car during this period) and refute having the vehicle back on 4 occasions. Comments with relation to your financial status are unfounded, as this particular sale did not include a finance agreement, it was a straight outright purchase. We have an archived call to which you enquired as to whether we would buy the car back. The valuation given to you reflected the then condition of the vehicle after 5 months, including cosmetics and a serious airbag fault (caused by the removal of the dual controls).
