    Great experience bought a 18 plate Fiesta actually called me a few days later to check I was happy with everything...complete opposite to the local Toyota dealer i'd bought from previously....will certainly be back.

    Terrible from start to finish. I called ahead before travelling the 100 mile round trip to confirm the condition of the car - I was already aware that this dealer group has the lowest preparation standards in the industry. The salesman told me he was too busy for the "interrogation". He told me there was no damage to the windscreen, no dents anywhere, only 1 wheel had a small scuff and the brakes were all great. He also agreed to put a 12 months MOT on the car for me. When I arrived the car had 4 large chips across the windscreen, all 4 wheels were scuffed around the entire rim, there was 2 large dents in the rear quarter and they hadn't MOT'd it. It also needed rear discs and pads to pass the MOT. I picked the car up last week and despite chasing the salesman repeatedly, he still hasn't sent me the invoice or the service history. Honestly, don't be fooled just because it's the cheapest car or they're located close to you, it will cost you way more in the long run just go elsewhere.
