Most professional purchasing experience
Every care was given to provide a most professional service. All questions were answered fully and honestly in exploring all the possible options within the range of cars suitable to us; in this case the Q3. In no way were we rushed to make a decision and, most importantly, we were not given a hard sell. Julian did a superb job in ensuring that we fully explored the car so that its inherent quality sold itself largely. He gave us every confidence in the car which was fully realised through the test grive. He was so patient with great humour to explain everything both during the pre-sale discussion and subsequently after the purchase at the point of driving away in it. He emphasised that this was the start of relation and not the end of it after a sale. There was great chemistry and a willingness to be our first port of call whatever our needs to ensure the efficient service is sustained. It was a purchasing experience that was greatly appreciated and one of the very best.

Got there in the end! Ryan Shuck was great and although I gave him a hard time I am very pleased with my purchase and the whole Audi Customer experience. Will definitely refer to colleagues.
Buyer Beware, terrible experience
Travelled to purchase a less than 2yr old A3 based on video of car. Got there to find car had significant cosmetic damage inside and out which hadn't bee mentioned. Pushy, defensive sales team who had tried to get payment off me before I'd inspected the car.
