Family run business that puts its customer first.
I have always been extremely happy with the service that I have received over the years with this family run business. I will continue to use them as nothing is too much trouble, and they let you make your own mind up without pressurising you. I have recommended them to friends who have also been impressed and intend to go to them before trying anywhere else first.

From the start they were very helpful & helpful - I was looking for a Nissan Qashqai - asking what I needed the vehicle for, usual annual mileage & personal requirements / etc. This was very helpful & guided me to me to my choice - the colours the closest they could get. We are very pleased with the outcome & will recommend again. Their closely tied mechanics nearby were also very friendly & checked it over thoroughly.
Excellent aftersales service
I purchased a used BMW from Mick Partlett Car Sales at the start of December 2017. 4 weeks later the car started to vibrate at low revs and make an awful noise. Not wanting to drive it any distance I took it to my local garage and was informed that their initial diagnosis would cost £600 to rectify. Somewhat aghast I contacted the AA to make a claim on the warranty but, despite having paid extra to upgrade to the 5 star, I was told that the faulty part was not covered. I thought I was going to have to pay. However, I contacted Mick Partlett Car Sales and without hesitation they said that they couldn't have me facing a bill like that having had the vehicle so little time and that they would pay it. They asked if I was happy for my local garage to do the work, and that if I gave them the telephone number they would arrange everything. Two hours later they phoned me to say my local garage would make the repairs and send them the invoice. Now that's what I call service.
