South Oxford - 5 Star!
Having been to other dealers locally, when I visited South Oxford, I was met with a professionalism that I hadn't revived during my car search. I found it frustrating that other garages didn't seem to want to call me back! When I rang Marshalls in South Oxford I was sent the details of the car along with a lovely video to really show me what the car was like! (Great tool) the deal on my part ex was the same as I has got via valuations elsewhere and the whole transaction seemed to be seamless! I had a negative attitude towards car dealerships, but I'm glad to say Marshall Volkswagen South Oxford turned that opinion right around! So much so I'll be bringing my car there for servicing. Looking for a new car was made easy, quick and enjoyable. These guys look after you. We chose VW at Didcot because the service was excellent. Can't fault them at all. Great service.
Worst ever experiance of buying car.
I had Worst ever experiance of my life .eventhough they had the deal with me for car i was buying and also they have taken the deposit made me wait for one week to prepared the car during that time they never give me any updates i had to phone all the time inorder to chase it and eventually i was told that the car is going to someone else and i was left in very awkward and dishearted and dissapointed situation and could not believe what they just done with me.I would never go to this company again .very very bad experience.
