    Booked in to view a car and had also put a reservation fee down on that car. Arrived on time to the appointment, waited about 20 mins as no one around, managed to locate someone who didn't seem to know what they were doing at all. Kept saying I will go get the keys for the car. After another 20 mins of mucking about someone said we could go look at the car (in the rain). Told us they would send out one of their less experienced salesmen. No sign of him....went back in and wasted more time being told to wait. After viewing the car I decided it wasn't for me therefore would like my reservation fee back....well all I would say is DONT put a reservation fee down as you wont get it back. I have rang about 4 times now each time being told it is being refunded. I have escalated this to head office who are now trying to track down my money after telling me it hasn't even been processed yet! ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC

    Not good. I bought a fiat 500. arrived at my home with a hub cap missing. My wife took the delivery and did not notice. When I called they said buy one and send the bill! I did this and never did get the monies. Came with an MOT but when we sold it 3 months later and after 800 mile added to the clock, the new MOT I took it for raked up a bill for £700!!!! It was said to have had a 140 point check and full service when we bought it. I don't think so.

    Rang E H at 11 to book an appointment to see a car. Travel time was 1.5 hours so sales booked me between 12 and 1. On arrival I introduced my self, they said the car was outside and they would send someone out . As I’m looking round the car a salesperson approached with another couple. They had double booked the slot. The salesperson says it’s my fault as I should have reserved the car. I ask if the other couple have. No. We go inside to sort it out. The other couple get priority and take the car ahead of me and I get to speak to the Sales Manager. I ask why they have double booked the slot and he says it’s my fault I should have reserved the car. Now I understand this but on booking I was told it was available and I was in the next slot. Now a decent sales manager could have defused all this by showing me what other cars they had to offer. No. All he wanted to do was to talk over me. Didn’t care we where double booked. Sarcastically said ‘have a nice trip home’ Unprofessional
