not very good in after sales
very good apart from no service history or owners handbook of which i am still waiting

I had no knowledge of this outstanding issue and I am very disappointing this has happened particularly when Judge services who independently measure Car dealerships customer satisfaction across the UK say that 97% of Richard Hardie Ashington customers would recommend us. Richard Hardie Ashington staff were good because gary went out of his way to help me find my dream car and took into account all my requests, I didn't feel like i was being convinced into buying anything I wasn't happy with and i am over the moon with my new car!!
Fantastic service delivered beautiful car
I purchased a Peugeot 2008 Feline from Richard Hardie Durham. I explained what I wanted and they sourced the car very quickly at the Ashington branch. The salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable , the car is in fantastic condition and fits my needs perfectly.
Everything was great from start to finish in getting my new car. Was very looked after my a nice man called Peter could not fault him at all. Ive already recommended at few friends looking for cars to come to this dealership.
