Every time I decide to trade in and buy a new bike Chris has given me the time and allowed me to test ride all the latest bikes I am interested in. I live in Essex and only buy and have my my bike serviced at C J Ball I have dealt with Chris for many years and would not go anywhere else. All the staff make me welcome on my visits , 3 Fireblades, a Blackbird, 3 VFR's all purchased with Chris, great bikes well looked after. Such good service. Keep safe.

Wow. I've bought vehicles new and used from dealers in the UK, France and Germany over the years and CJ Ball are right up there with the best. Friendly service, great communication, all paperwork done correctly and super turnaround time to deliver the bike.

Excellent experience with cj balls. Andrew was our sales adviser. He was very easy to talk to and extremely helpful. He arranged a test drive for us in a short space of time. He had the bike ready for us and delivered it in just a few days. The bike looked beautiful. He sent Ian to deliver the bike. Ian was very pleasant and professional and answered all the questions i had ready for him about the bike. Five star service five star staff.

I would like to record my appreciation of the excellent service I received from C J Ball after trading in my Bandit 650 for a GSX1250 a few weeks ago. At the time I agreed the purchase, I asked Andrew in sales to arrange to have the service department switch my Givi luggage carriers and a few other bits and pieces (my optimate charging cable, my GPS mount etc) between the two bikes. I also asked that they supply and fit a Lust lowering kit for the new bike (I'm short in the leg and feel more comfortable when I can get both feet flat on the ground). Andrew agreed, but the mechanics met a couple of problems in switching my kit around because, despite looking almost identical, the fitting kit for the Givi luggage is actually quite different on the two bikes. Regardless, they went to the trouble (and unexpected expense to them) of supplying and fitting new Givi carriers to the GSX rather than leaving me without the kit I needed. Later, when they fitted the lowering links and I discov
