Very poor customer service by workshop reception.
Failed to advise me when a gearbox part for my motability vehicle had arrived. Said they didn't know why I hadn't been contacted. I requested that my vehicle be worked on first thing, as there was no automatic loan car available. I accepted a small manual vehicle as the job was expected to take 2 hours. After 6 hours I phoned to be told me the part had been fitted and I would get a call in 30 mins to an hour. 2 hours later I phoned to be told it was done, but they had phoned the wrong person.
