Really bad manners
I thought Williams was okay how wrong was I. Got a service on 21/06/2019 which was £837.00 drove it away warning light come about tyre pressure so I phoned them a 5:13pm got through eventually girl on phone said I flag this as red in email and bring it back Saturday morning and speak to service manger mr Dolan. Went Saturday morning no email flag red or mr Dolan on site I spoke to a very abruptly women from body shop and a women called sue never in my life has woman from customer care Section spoke to me like that ever until I went too Williams. You need to put Your staff on courses on how too speak to people and tell the truth and not lies. Will not be using them ever again I go to Warrington first.
