An excellent service from start to finish.
After a recommendation, we visited Fairway Motors. The staff are courteous, polite and very friendly without any pressure for a sale. Having purchased a car, the communication between purchase and collection was spot on, everything exactly as promised. A lift to the showroom was offered in order to collect the car on the specified day, which was greatly appreciated and a good example of the level of customer service experienced. We believe we got very good value for money and would highly recommend Fairway Motors to potential purchasers.
Smooth & Uncomplicated
I found the whole experience went really smoothly, this was very important as I traveled from Ireland to buy my car. I also found Martin to be extremely helpful and would highly recommend this dealership.
Excellent service from Fairway Motors Liverpool
I bought a used car and received good honest friendly and professional advice / customer service. The car was well photographed and accurately described and they sent me a personalised video. On collection I found the car to be entirely as described / videoed. I traveled 250 miles and was collected from the local station. All very easy and an enjoyable drive home in the new motor! Highly recommended.

Many thanks to all the team for a superb buying experience and a beuatifully prepared and serviced vehicle. I bought the car, unseen, from the Shetland Islands, and my son flew down to pick it up and drive it back to the ferry in Aberdeen. I was treated with the greatest of respect at all times, the car is simply lovely, and the prices were good enough that it meant it was worth my while to pay several hundred pounds for my son to fly down and drive it all the way back.
