Great customer care - would highly recommend
Well-deserved consistent customer excellence awards. I bought a 2011-reg VW Passat in good condition for a good price in Feb 2018, which came with a year's warranty under (Vaxhaull) Network Q cover. Twells was originally well-recommended to me and, as I was not available on the day, it was made easy for a family member to collect the car on my behalf. Unfortunately, after I'd taken it home, the battery died only a month later, in the cold weather. Whilst I found that batteries are not covered by the Network Q warranty, when I told Twells of this, Twells immediately suggested they pay for a new battery as they would "not want a customer to be stuck" and the product had fallen short of their expected standards. All was sorted in as short a time as possible and I have been left with a positive feeling, refreshed at the high level of customer service and care not often expected from car dealerships. Communication was great throughout and the car has since served me perfectly.
