    Recently bought my second car from this dealership as they always have nice competitively priced used stock. Both occasions have been a positive experience, this time in particular I took my young kids which can be testing, but the salesman was great, even let my 8 year old car mad son have a look at a Porsche he liked which was quite thoughtful. Sometimes dealerships try to ram additional unwanted add on product down your throat, but at Marshall's it was better, they got the message early on and just let me buy the car. I don't like being followed around by over eager sales persons at dealerships, at Marshall's they gave me my space to make my own decisions. The showroom was being renovated second time around so it was a little chaotic at times, but the previous occasions I was well looked after with drinks and snacks. The new showroom looks well equipped and stylish.

    Came to look the V90 with a view to a test drive and potential purchase if the car was right for me. Had to wait an age but eventually asked this chap to help me out and talk me through the car. Now I have owned the V70 and V50 and very much loved them both and had been eying up the new V90 for sometime as I am looking to buy either cash or finance. He did not seem that bothered with me, maybe it was my aftershave - who knows...! After leaving me in the drivers seat he took the key back and left me alone. I thought he was coming back etc but did not. I waited for around 20 mins standing around the car bearing in mind I am disabled and cannot stand for long periods. He just ignored me. I went over to the office where he was and he was in the chatting and then made a telephone call and that was that. They have lost my business. How rude and well disgraceful that was. I live locally and will never be recommending them again.
