Exemplary service from TMS Hinckley
First class service from initial telephone contact, through viewing and test drive to delivery of car. Overall, a very pleasant experience and a superb car - what’s not to like?
Lovely people to deal with
Buying a new car became a long process, mainly because of COVID. Ordered at start of Feb 2020, expected May. By June, after being told it would not be delivered until end of Aug, decided to cancel order and reorder MY2021 model as this was now available. Dealership happy to facilitate this. Arrived Sept. Unfortunately, at pickup, I was told the SIM had been installed, it hadn't, however a glitch with a parking brake message meant I had to return to the dealership for a check and picked up the SIM, I fitted it and got it working. Rather more annoying was the number plates on a brand new car had the EU badge logo on. I questioned this to be told they were using up spare stock! However the people are good to deal with, just a pity a few details were overlooked.

Great sales service during Covid
Great service from the sales team to buy a car during the Covid restrictions. They made sure everything was both clean and sanitised, but also that I could test drive and buy a vehicle from one of their other dealerships.
Excellent from start to finish
Recently purchased a pre-reg V90, overall experience was very good. Although recent times have made this a little more difficult and time consuming I was kept up to date at all times. Part exchange price was good and a good deal on the new car was secured, would highly recommend.
